Best Soul Skills to Max Out First?

Ok so 10th skill is obviously the first one to max out and then 9th, but which ones after that guys?

you typed in your 2nd skill wrong its 30% not 40%

I'm personally maxing 10 out first and then 9

10 for pvp purposes
9 for pve purposes.

Does the 9th skill overwrite Senbon's ability?

Sorry i forgot about senbon ability but one thing to be sure
9th skill can stack with kazeshini`s ability
which mean so long its 2 different buff it will stack

That's so weird, I swore it said 40% when I checked earlier...anyway 30% isn't bad. And no one's voted for it, interesting..

I've almost maxed out 10, but I don't know which to focus on afterwards...I don't do much pve because of my time zone so is mainly for pvp/espada. I read somewhere on here that you need 1st skill to get past espada 2 but I don't know if that's true or it can be done with 10th skill

maybe because they either get stunned or fury deducted before they even get to do that
