u r getting 100 soon, i'd say go for the ultimate gear from lucky slot or get it from reio
the reio ones is cyclone gear, its a lil better than the lucky slot gear. i had my kisuke at 135k speed with spirit forged gear
but got to 142k with ultimate gear from lucky. the reason i prefer lucky is u can get free lvl 4 str/wis, universal water, and the best one lvl 8( o may be 9) hogyo, i dont remember coz i nvr got one lol :D

i think in anniversary if u spend 3.6k u get two lvl 9 hogyo's for the price off one. m not sure if m correct on the details, but u shud ask kosmo about that event. he got his b.rukia from there with a lot of stones to make her a superbitch :lol

yup gives u double damage rate as well, for spirit forged gear u get 7%
and the ultimate one gives 14% :)
