I cant get the materials for more than lvl 1 in everything...

Already asked Brah once before and he said that the materials for the evo are dropped in the instance and his words were " the COM is working as it was intended to, the drop rates are just low as they were supposed to be"
well these weren't his words exactly i forgot what he said but it's something like that

Holy moly though, even on hard, i havent gotten 1 single piece of it...
I guess it will take 2 years to get lvl 2?(lvl 175 with lvl 2 evo ftw? xD)

more than 2 years actually since the mats you get are random so you could keep getting weapon mats only
