Yeah basically stronger white ichigo especially with later mods. I agree that for 60k he isnt really worth it but I think that we can expect a drop to like 30-40k in next few events after the first appearance, most likely in ultimate charge or anniversary where 40k isnt bad investment for ppl who can afford it.

12k except Oetsu who's 6k lol. It's like the anniversary event too, so spend gold on the event itself to get points to get the partners with. So very nice rewards. Also we're getting a crap load of free shit just for being various VIP levels, character levels, days since you started playing, etc
