I don't think Oetsu alone would destroy a faster T1 Hikifune, but IMO Oetsu, Tenjiro and Hikifune make a very good combo, altough I'm not a big fan of 1-1-3 I'll most likely go for it.
Tough, I also like Shini Kensei, which IMO is quite underrated... in my CSB I dont remember seeing somebody else with Kensei, altough there were plenty TSI, Mugetsu, White Ichigo and Tensa... so it seems there's no shortage of Money.

Nah... I like my Ichibe too much for it...
Also, my opponents in CSB are so far ahead in lvl,reinforcement and partially reiatsu (some play twice as long as I do), that I struggle a lot against their TSI.

Oh lol, well yeah in that situation a vanguard's definitely needed. But eventually it's not so useful, like in my case lol

Well... I do switch out my VG for Events, but for PvP I think 0-2-3 is a bit too risky.
For the price I have to say I am not even interested in him. And no bonus for him with a zanpakuto yet so another downside. Plus he is an assaulter which is hard enough deciding which ones to keep as it is. Though I am curious to see his evolution if anyone does get him.
He cost $1000... still get's wreckt by Hikifune who's only $200
