You do know it is chances to get the correct task? You could spend 1000 coupons and still not get the task you need, refreshing is 10 each, once you do 4 refreshes you have lost profit as you also spent coupons on obtaining the x2 reward

But that's the point of it all, to gain coupons, not lose it I am level 106 and get 10X free refreshes a day from welfare since the first day it came up.
