I have seen him for 12k but not any lower than that... ?

Oetsu is 6k
Hiki is 12k
B.renji is i think 12k
and D.ichigo/TS ichigo is 30k
12+12+6+30=60k to the dot xD
I am going to top up at least 32.000 when ultimate charge event starts(If its not too soon, since im getting my pay around the 20th (To make the amount even higher ))
Lets just hope they are giving the Tensa as reward and that no one else is going to top up a lot more than i am <3 :D

so if you want to topup like 30-40k, i would reccomend toping up 50k this time. you will be able to get tons of stones!, free zanpakuo, either tsi/or anything you want from the anniversary event + a free mugetsu. and 30% rebate. but if you just toping up like 40k i would just wait till cmas, they might have a 100% rebate. but im not sure
i would get tsi + retsu, tons of free stones + free mugetsu and sen zanpakuo.

Yea, as i said in the comments above, i am goign to top up in the next ulti charge event and get:
Oetsu/Hiki-Main-B.renji-D.Ichigo/Ts ichigo
Ts ichigo if tensa is the reward in ulti charge, Demon Ichigo if anything else, ofcourse if i get a free mugetsu from ulti charge, i'll probably use him instead and have 12k extra to spend on other stuff :P
b renji is 12k at all events. where you seen him 8k is actually 8k points but still 12k gold.

Sounds solid, probably doing that (Unless Tensa is the reward in ulti top up though, then ill do ...
I would rather wait for demon to drop in price and with it you get:
B renji (8k) and kensei (8k) and oetsu(6k) and hiki(10k) and demon after he drops (like18k)
Overall 50k and with the money left (18k) spend on mods or tensa

But when ulti charge comes around, it all depends on what the reward is in there, if Tensa isnt the reward, then i will get D ichigo, if he is, then i will get TS ichigo xD
With this formation, i have a real chance of even becoming nr 2/3 in arena :D
