All chars we have now will be obsolete at some point.
However, atm, Ultima Aizen is outperformed and simply a bad choice in the regions the thread opener is willing to spend.

Ultima aid rate is more that 40% and combo to
so it is good to top up only for 1 partner Hiki, Oetsu, and wait till they change anything
but if you have to much money you may top up for all you want
