Mugetsu vs Hisagi
Who will you choose? Looking at Hisagi his growth and mods are amazing. But which will people take. That is the question!hisagi is lame Is this even really a question? Lol Mug is so much better than hisagi growths for str are pretty much usless, you will be stronger from your skill rather then alittle extra growth
say you have same gear level 130, and max mods on both, mugetsu will be either stronger or equal, but his skill will make him much better. dont understimate base stats and growth rate... I'd 100% get Mugetsu.
Unless I had to pay for it.

No one's "underestimating" them, we're just all smart enough to realize that such a small difference in growth rates and base stats isn't enough to make up for a 65% difference in growth on their skill. Overall I find Mugetsu would be much more helpful.
