Oh there's quite the few ^^ BUT don't worry, they tend to be the peeps that are pretty much end-game at that point, and those that attempted to beat Aizen ^^
Also take note those that AREN'T exactly jacked up like Bwg or Kosmo etc. they may only have the 300% Hit rate on 1 partner, so they could defeat the 1v1 Aizen (you aren't required 300% hit rate odd for the actual 5v5, so most people just focus the hit rate on 1/2 peeps when trying to complete Aizen and they aren't crazy op xD)
But yeah if you yourself know you aren't going to ever reach that status, or simply face anyone on that lvl, then go ahead and get Ryuuken, but i'll tell you one thing, in EU, there isn't that much strong people to US, it's more Quality > Quantity for EU (Pre- My Students), but yeah you won't ever be facing them xD
