yes i know, but im just wondering why his mods dont say he can surpass it, like this.Add 10% Combo ...

For the same reason there's so many other things wrong with the text in this game. There was a mistake and no one bothered to fix it. Or maybe they just didn't want to write the extra text on each of the mods.

Invincibility doesn't work in events so I see no reason why dodge would

because after ishida kills assaulters he goes for supports, so if you had kensei with him he would kill as. + sup round 1 with enough speed XD. and luck

Again, this is only if you're facing people much weaker than you. All someone has to do is buy hiki (same price as ishida) and they'd easily outspeed you and destroy you without a second thought.
