I think it'll likely take several months at least to max one of these skills.

They will certainly give options. Take Red Hogyoku's. They were a pain in the ass to get, and costs like 20k gold/coups to get on 700 point one. Then Espada treasure got updated. Then Christmas happened.
Word is its like 200 days F2P to get to level 70. In which case, you need to select who you are upgrading very carefully. Even VIP's need to be careful, as 200 days is like 7 new partners that could invalidate the one you chose to spend all the time on.
