True... but remember that Mugetsu, TSI, White Ichigo, Brenji, Brukia, Isshin and some other top-choices do not have it and others require their ultimate mod for it. So no matter how you look at it, it's not realistic to meet someone with more than 1 chara with mod 9 in the near future.

Then again, I suppose with Senju's combo for all and the fury boost, there's no invincibility and no enemy left.

Edit: Do you know anything about Shini Kensei?
