yup he is. TBH most of the people who got new partners or got stronger are showing off against the bottom guys. At least they should strip all but main. I was ranked 321 when i started and from that day i ve been stripping all my chars with main without gear accessories and zanpaktou and i even use 9th skill. Usually by this time i'd have reached in the top 50's but i'm still 125 :D

coz of one moron everyone stops stripping. There will always be someone who comes up against lvl 80's with 1mil+ bp. to stop that guy the ppl who strip usually also stops stripping. thats when csb gets broke for low ranks :(
