well for me when server clash hits
i am going to put 100% fury on kaname tosen ~ so he goes up against another 100% fury user all he has to do is be faster, and nerf their attack by 50%
i am going to use sui-feng ~ make her go 2nd fastest, she will decrease enemy Assautler's defense by 25%
as 3rd fastest, it will by my main with 10th skill (destroy the world) AOE/AAE skill

as support i think i will use retsu or kisuke for AOE heals or fury boosting

and my VG will be fox face, or ichigo ~ since they will be more tanky than stark will be

hmmm i m not sure about wave lvl but i can say i can 1 shot till 16m hp ryokas attackng and if i cri ...
With my server, im rank 3, or im rank 2 now since the top player quit. He has about 650kBP and he quit for about a months now. Im closing in on 500k now. My formation is the same as yours i guess but i have kido main. I run 1-2-2 in PVP and 3-1 in PVE. I also have ikkaku and kenpachi plus rukia and urahara. Same stones i guess but i use triple crown champion in PVE for better crit percents and Eagles Eye raiders in PVP for better hit percent.

first of all i realized its really important to have all ur assalters should have lvl 5-6 str stones and at least lvl 5 critic stones is a must and the another maximize damage tactic of mine is i m giving my main full set which is ultimate lvl 80 to kenpachi and with fury accelaration kenpachi goes 2m-2.4m damage with just one swing thats really awesome damage to the ryokas and for the evil spirit kenpachi can do close to 1m damage and i even give 2nd highest damage set to ikkaku and the lowest damage for my main its really usefull in my opinion and with triple crown title they can critic all normal attacks than kenpachi should get %240 fury sometimes me 2 close to 500k bp but i can even beat our highest bp in ryoka who has a %100 fury start with 640k bp ^^
lv90 formation for ryoka, do you guys tend to have 2-3-0 formation at earlier waves and switch to the 2-2-1 / 1-3-1 formation at 50++ waves?

İn my opinion i dont think block is that much important especially u need high block for ur vanguard so just give all highest block stones to your highest damage assalter which means for me he is kenpachi of course lately after wave 52 at ryokas i exchange ikkaku and sajins items again and use tank again yet i can still 20m damage to ryokas even after wave 52 which is really hard to survive for 5 rounds =)

yeah, kenpachi is good to use block stones, because he have more block rates. but you use block stones for just 1 assaulters or 3 of them?
because I have 6 block stones (from VG) and some free block stones from events (around lv1 or 2), if using low lv of block stones on 3 assaulters, can it really trigger blocks often or better focus on 1 character only?

Just in my opinion and expreiences till lvl 107 i always give highest damage and block stones to kenpachi because higher damage=higher reflect damage when block so higher block chances...
If you're just going to stick to the Tavern for your partners, you want to head towards 1/3/1 with Sajin - Ikkaku, Kenpachi, Main, Unohana
Use Urahara/Rukia in PvE instead of Unohana, or work up for Harribel/Yoru with either Ikkaku or Kenpachi for pvp if you feel you can make them fast enough to matter.
Currently I'm aiming to slowly but surely build a full team out of HMA using the top 4 (Kenpachi, Ulquiorra, Nel, Aizen) and almost have Ulquiorra as well as working towards upgrading Nel. Not sure how it's going to go in the long run using them, but at the very least, if noone else is doing it, I'll be a somewhat different person for people to go against and that's enough for me :)
As you reach 100, you'll want to pick up Gin though, and probably Starrk too if you have a good set for your VG

1. Don't change your Byakuya cause he's really good for pvp
2. Momo for Unohana
3. Kenpachi for PvE
