In UN u can get red quality epic parters by just playing the game ... a shit ton of them.

thats one way to look at it, theres no way they'll come out with any more yellow partners. In a way they could add the zanpakutos from Honor shop to soul cult rewards and not really shoot themselves for doing so. At least some people might get them.
