In UN u can get red quality epic parters by just playing the game ... a shit ton of them.
And no one is going to buy yama from now on because there are alot of cheaper and stronger partners so they're being smart actually  and not greedy this time

In a way they could add the zanpakutos from Honor shop to soul cult rewards and not really shoot themselves for doing so. At least some people might get them. I would personally for the achievement
