I will add my voice in here as a +1 to what Natsu's saying. Natsu, Unknown, and myself all use the formation mentioned of brenji, hiki, senju, uno, and main. With current partners this is the optimal formation for PvE. I'm still hoping we'll see an effective replacement for Uno in PvE soon though. Her stat growth rates just aren't up to par with the rest of the team. That skill of hers more than makes up for it at least for right now though.
