Most likely laziness, which Joyfun support is notorious for. ToS applies for in-game only, however both support and Joyfun admin gave permission to account selling when confronted with the question. They are fully aware of it and even, like in the Trickz case, helpful when it comes to alterations just for the purpose of selling. As for the forum rules, all of those are valid for the Joyfun forum. :)
