I'm not surprised honestly lol. Joyfun's support is present, but doesn't nearly measure up to other game support systems. We gotta deal with the cards we're handed though. What do you do for in-game issues?
XB told me about half a year ago that Growth Fund was going to continue in a monthly ~ish cycle. It was their way of engaging moderate payers into the competition, while still rewarding frequent payers. It's still heavily a p2w game though, especially considering they pretty much removed all options to gold stack as VIP0. Too bad for those players that weren't around in 2013-2014. :/

Last little note, I also assume that logging into joyfun's website, which in order to access the forums you would have to do, you are automatically agreeing to their terms of service (says that crap on the main page). It's a bit of a hassle from time to time, but played UN for so long that most of it is pretty clear. Besides, got some helpful Viet players on UN translating for me if necessary ^^

Players were selling their accounts uninterrupted before we were elected mods. After election, we asked support and JF admin how to deal with the sales and they said leave them. Nothing more to it than this, as simple as lol

Yeah, it used to until they changed it to coupons :/ Classic Joyfun lol. VN guild tree also gives coupons, but they have other options for VIP0 players to stack gold that UN doesn't have ^^
