Nah he is fine for F2P naturally, even without exclusive skill ^^
but with exclusive skill, not only does he get that dodge, but he becomes much stronger as instead of 120% damage from his skill, it's 200% ^^ :)

ikakku honor look more to damage or deffense Vg to me. and also he is too hard to get.

Nah, him doing 200% damage instead of 120% with skill makes up for him not being able to block ^^ :)
