when stark exc. skill not activated, is he still good for F2P? i'm often see someone say stark hard to build for F2P.

Isn't Honor shop Ikkaku kind of dodge oriented?  or there was something about him and dodge people were saying a while back

Noitra is very annoying to fight against, and his stun mod is good...   but nobody keeps him for too long, telling me he's mediocre at best...

Nah he is fine for F2P naturally, even without exclusive skill ^^

but with exclusive skill, not only does he get that dodge, but he becomes much stronger as instead of 120% damage from his skill, it's 200% ^^

ikakku honor look more to damage or deffense Vg to me. and also he is too hard to get.

Nah, him doing 200% damage instead of 120% with skill makes up for him not being able to block ^^
