Nah, him doing 200% damage instead of 120% with skill makes up for him not being able to block ^^  ...

ya def and if he wted to he could gt cute in future to gt that block bk and then some.

hmm.... i think i'll reconsider him. but, cause stark is vanguard, isn't it waste cause his damage ...

if your F2P, Tengen is your best bet for a godstarrk.   if you get him, make sure you build him like an assaulter, and give him your best stuff...  he's a glass cannon.  low def for a vanguard, but insane attack at the same time

No, there is no VG with high dodge rate except yachiru

there is  in fac one  starrk with exclusive skill  100 doge rate % for 3 rounds  if he is lvl 100 skill add to it 90 dodge  from stones  6 dodge evolution  196 dodge in total

That's his skill not base dodge rate.
