Yes it is good, but it's not very good for pve as Noza . It is an excellent vng if your focus is strictly pvp . I can't see whats in front of me never mind future. Ichibe needs his 5th mod to be good. He needs both hp mods and the defense mod. I plan on getting Noza for the double block synergy he will get with Mayuri and Delicate Yachiru. ty guyz i think go kukaku for pvp and noza for pve
