You upgrade Lvl's 100-to 140 gears (only $$ gears not the ones from slot machines or forge ones for ex like cyclone the 100 gear that you got free)

you need lvl 100-140 ultimate gear to upgrade it, forged and slotmachine gear will not work.
is this function available for f2p or is it going to cost to gold?
so what do you do once you have these ultimate equipment sets? thanks rythen, as always.

oh its kind of new forge for orange weapons
Do you have an advantage in anyway if you have higher level gear when upgrading? I just bought 4 level 120 sets and was planning on getting a 140 set.
