i know there is 7 vip 4's

hundreds of low vip's

but over half are inactive for each
also 2 vip 6's that i know of

talking abut gay, gai sensei :lol btw gai and rock lee are amazing chars, so sad that naruto was really awesome at first season (anime) then after pain all went to hell {:3_43:}
