From Skill descriptions it seems Byakuya from Tavern is at least skill wise similar to Itachi from UN.

yeah but speed reduce is from kakashi , i wish he had itachi -25% def ..

Yes you can, but it may take several tries to pass the maps or you may need higher level.
And you need to change your formation, partners for different maps.

Momo just get things easier.

PvE dailies
Assaulter: Ikkaku, Main Char, Kenpachi
Supporter: Uruhara, Rukia
Zanpakuto: Zangetsu

They are equally good.
Renji's damage output is slightly higher and stable. Rangiku is able to out damage Renji if you're lucky (critical).

I prefer Rangiku, as can easily reach 90% critical rate (cap).
30% (basic) + 20% (title) + 30% (6 lv5 crit stone) + 10% (refined equips) = 90% (stat cap) + 30% (her skill) = 120% (Critical almost every hit)
