Basically, participate in all daily activities with PvE formation is the fastest way..
As for BP,  ...

Participate in all daily activities (under your daily tab, 1pm Evil spirit and 8:15pm Hyoka attack), as the silver and exp amount is based on your damage, so a PvE oriented team will get more than a PvP team (a PvE team, is a team w/o healer & tank, for detail you can refer to my PvE guide).

Buffer = partner who provide positive status effect
dd (Damage Dealer) = partner who are responsible for dealing damage in the group
