Probably logged onto the wrong server, check your browser history or look at recent servers once you log in on main page :)

5. soul palace achievement reward point, before you enter each division soul palace you can see that.


and also, does ice crystal event related to the extreme power achievement? if yes, how come I haven't finished my extreme power achievement ? I reached rank 8 or 9 for the first ice crystal event (dark rukia), and for the second event (sogyo) my rank is between rank 11-20. is it a bug or is it because those events already ended before achievement update so we can't get it?

The reward from auto join is the lowest, much lesser than manually play. You can use your white enchant stone on s.forge weap or ultimate weap (in reinforce > enchantment tab).
