Get as much vitality you can (Buy vit daily 2 times, beauty game, seireitei restaurant, gf party etc), don't miss a single daily activities. Use all the vitality on grinding normal maps.

Seireitei restaurant provide free vit on 12pm~2pm and 6pm~8pm, 20 vit each.

Nope, since it use 2 vit per battle, except special circumstances
