That is a title, you can check the detail in your achievement page
yes but in the achievement page it says you can be in top 3 for ultimate power title and for lowest top 20 yet the item rewards in the event say you get them for 1st 2nd and 3rd place. so wich one is wrong?

go to reiatsu page and click the button that spend silvers
@minixand: we can only use partner mod function for partner, not main character. because the Chinese servers implement the rank that way as their events ranks is for all server, we don't. We only have these titles for rank 1-3 only

Unless you have upgraded to the last GF, or else it is not worth to sell them in the long term, you will miss a lot of vitality if you didn't upgrade your GF.
