Dodge is weaker than block since you can get hit rate on items while you can't get break defence on your items, which does make a big difference in PvP and in PvE most Creatures have High hit rate since they usually are 12 levels above you
Stick with Chad, Yachiru isn't that good at the moment due to the way the game works. :)
Yachiru needs a buff.
Her dodge is easily countered by the easy to acquire hit stat (soul stones and refinement).
Chad's block stat is much harder to counter since the only way to counter it is via soul stones which are very rare and you might not even be able to get enough for one character, let alone 5.
And as has been said, the hit stat on mobs is WAY too damn high.
We need more female Vanguards. And by more I mean more than 1 which is only so so as is. For example, Tier Halibel should be a Vanguard, Shinshi should not be a Vanguard. Yoruichi should also be a Vanguard, as should Aizen.

You know it's annoying when someone has a 70% dodge yachiru which u some times miss and fail to get fury to unleash your kills the next turn.
U still win most of the time. but it's plan annoying to lose even if it's 1/10 of the time.
dodge is almost dead in this game. so sado is better.
Yachiru's stats are better (More HP, strenght etc.) so if you built her up the way you do Sado you still will have a high block and the option of getting that dodge. Losing out on the extra block from Talent and Skill does not have to be so bad. A tank is only there to buy you time for the rest of the team to do what they do best (unless you get Shinji (later on) as he is more of a assaulter with high HP). You can play with some Zanpaktu's like Gegetsuburi (or Tenken (achievement 200K battle points) giving a HP boost and giving a nice dodge boost).
