oh god lol. this is gonna make the game insane XD and also going to give him 3 different sets of new armor so he can get insane immune rating from it too

It takes 20 advance fragments(new item in tavern) and 20 coupons or gold per attempt. You get a random stat with a random percent.
If you get the stat type you want(like block), use the lock to hold that type of stat. He is coded into the game, since you can see him under the modify partner(event partner), but there is no way to get him yet. The screens rythen shared from the China version show him under a 3rd tab in the CSB challenge stone shop. His cost was showing 10,000 red challenge stones. So far there is not a way to get the red challenge stones.
