sup guys here he is! im still working on him but thought you should see himand i can still get the % to 12% but ran out of silver. also he can still get another 24% block once i get the last 2 mods unlocked. but most likely will take a long time to get. link some of your block kings. enjoy

lol, how many times are you gona break game mechanics.. xD By the way how many fragments does it take to do new modify? Didnt do it yet.

It takes 20 advance fragments(new item in tavern) and 20 coupons or gold per attempt.  You get a random stat with a random percent.  

If you get the stat type you want(like block), use the lock to hold that type of stat.  If the percentage you get is bad, you can keep refreshing while the stat type is locked in until you get a good percentage or run out of fragments or coupons/gold.

Thank you for info. Saving coups now so gota wait and do it during next visored. Hey, have you found chair Aizen? I dont see him in csb shop for some reason.

He is coded into the game, since you can see him under the modify partner(event partner), but there is no way to get him yet.  The screens rythen shared from the China version show him under a 3rd tab in the CSB challenge stone shop.  His cost was showing 10,000 red challenge stones.  So far there is not a way to get the red challenge stones.
