CN's price is actually much lower than GoGames' price. Such as, Ultimate BP in CN you could get both D.Rukia & Toshiro with 26,000 crystals, in US ver, you need 37,000 crystal for D.Rukia only. Besides, the Ultimate weaponary, lv100 ulti set (5 pcs of armor and 3 pcs of weapon) only cost 3000g in CN. But in US version, you need 7000g for lv90 ulti set (5 pcs of armor and 1 pcs of weapon). GoGames has tripled the price.

Toshiro requires high rank spirit stone, very similar with Shinji. If you're vip8++, Toshiro is better; otherwise, Sajin.

Toshiro sadly doesn't even need to be talked about right now, I've already got confirmation from Devs he will not ever be available on NA/EU for 4-6 months from now, because he is OP. I don't expect to see any of the Zans anytime soon either, ie: Zangetsu (word I have gotten is there is no plans for Zangetsu at this time)
