Yes but it asks for my old password which is "incorrect"

hi, Do you hold multiple accounts? if you can log in form, i guess your password is correct at present.
if you have forget password of another account, please log out Forum at first, click Forget password at game page. you will be directed to a new page which only ask you to fill in "User name" and "Email"
