As long people are buying these expensive partners and zanpakutos why should they lower it? Once everyone got what they want they can start lowering it to give it to the majority.

yeah but shouldnt have to wait 2 months and counting for a response! Low staff isnt an excuse, it just poor customer service and lazyness on their behalf and I had enough with it.
If they had responded to me then I probably would have topped up for this event but instead they lost a customer as I will never be topping up again for this game and will just work with what get for free and assess my options on what to do in regards to my issues.
