Support staff is basically one person checking hundreds of e-mails.
that is not a reason enough to prove the immaturity of the staff/s. they are getting good money they should hire ppl, if they don't it means they are doing a shit job, as simple as that. hell if i was that support person i would have resigned , can't take all that guilt within and do such a shitty job tbh
