RJ gives Byama x3 dmg when fully fortified, why would you even consider using Kyoka? unless you just showing off?

2 speed down halos does sound nice... personally I'm aiming for the other route... 2x speed bonus halos, lol got one from Shinso and I"m not sure where the other is coming from, but once I get Muken, that should be nice, lol

She's not worth the price at all lol
Just top up 4k during Bargain sale then buy oetsu from anniversary feast for 12k. :victory:
Oetsu may be part of the previous era soon, so maybe think twice.

leasing raijin would just be wrong.
I think you'd better wait a while till the end of year events come maybe save some money if you can.

yeah, I've got time while I pay off TSI anyway, lol.... and Retsu K too, but she's dirt cheap so it's not a big deal for her

Even without having RJ, my instinct is to immediately grab Muken. If you stack him right, speed won't even matter. Kyoka right now is kind of a Catch-22 the way she is. She will clear debuffs (no longer clears enemy buffs) and gives you the highest speed in the game. But if you go first, there is no buffs to clear, and 2 turns later, the buffs will be gone anyways as that is usually how long most buffs last, so there will be no buffs to clear.
That means you need to make your team slower than the enemy, but if you will be slow anyways, you might as well just get Muken as he is slow as shet, and just mega-stack him. Muken just has no other drawback besides the speed, but he can tank pretty much anything on the first round.
TL;DR Muken has more immediate and long-term benefits, whereas Kyoka you need your team to be slower than the enemy team. But if you slow down your team, might as well just get Muken since he will only slow down your team slightly.
