just build up the 300 partner contracts for ikaku then when gallary comes back use them. and if it takes too long to come back use coupons. Use coupons to get daily tasks to 150pts and then you have 300 cc buy Ikkaku and then Legend Gallery appears get Shinso.

cheapest way whould be with shini agent and slowly gather CC's, this way if legend gallery comes back u can get him from there, if not, buy him straight up from shop with cc
