pretty sure legendary gallery is cheapest. buy agent and do the dailys to get your coupons.its 1998 gold but will just take you a few months.

whatever method you get him, make sure you rent him for a day first to get him at your level...
and isn't legend gallery is closed,?

I'm working on the assumption it's coming back...it may not, so I'd need a different method then. Prefer to keep coupons for stones but everyone tells me he's the partner I should get for my form, so guess he'll be worth it

just build up the 300 partner contracts for ikaku then when gallary comes back use them. and if it takes too long to come back use coupons.

Use coupons to get daily tasks to 150pts and then you have 300 cc buy Ikkaku and then Legend Gallery appears get Shinso.

Yet there's a chance that LG won't be coming back, so i suggest not to buy Ikkaku until LG appears.

He sure is impressive partner to have in your formation mostly thanks to his generated fury with each round. He's like Kisuke, on steroids who are on steroids ;)

cheapest way whould be with shini agent and slowly gather CC's, this way if legend gallery comes back u can get him from there, if not, buy him straight up from shop with cc
