Shinso have 10fury from his evolution so it needs only 80% reiatsu.
Mine is built with 5 fury stones that give 14% (7lvl) and 1 that gives 10% (5lvl).
So it's not actually that many of fury stones to make him T1 (also Hiki gets 10 fury from her evo too, right?).
So once again, it's pretty easy to get T1 on Shinso and Hiki (if she gets 10 from evo).

ah ok so shinso's not too bad then. Hiki'll need 28 in total with psychic enchant and +5 fury from evo (it's all she gets sadly) according to the T1 guide on forum

I got him for 500 contracts, bought with coupons (I had no other choice anyway)... and ofc, one should buy the contracts when visored revenge is active. Saves you about 1/4 the costs and gets you neat extra stuff.
