It's better to run 4-2 equipment on vanguard rather than 6 set, vanguards don't need speed

If you are running a Toshi you should stack him hard... run a 1-2-2 with Hyorin... Toshi, Main, Kisuke, Retsu Kenpachi, Byaukua, and Ikkaku that you swap in for toshi for events... a well built toshi with Hyorin can be tough to deal with, and hyroin is dirt cheap!!! obtainable even for f2p these days!!
