Oetsu has aoe attack and mutilate. Also he has halo speed modify. Tenjiro is faster then him, but he attacks 2 random enemy partners. Only way i see tenjiro more useful then oetsu is with his exclusive skill, but even then i think oetsu is way better.

cool i had that idea thats y i am not getting shini agent to get kirnji and waiting for oetsu to some up in UBP or in event so that i can grab him by stacking enough gold from bankai power :D

Well with that team i think you should get shinigami agent. Senbon is shit zanpaktou for support line, with shinigami agent benefits you could make that Muken Aizen even better. Save vit for UBP, you can replace Yammamoto or Demon with something better. Also if you plan to keep Senbonzakura only good supporter that would fit you are Noble Isane, regular Isane. They can give assaulters strong buff.
