his best bet is choosing the highest Growth rate attacking partners over ability stacking skills such as mutilate, better for PVE events atleast. Kirinji hits hard as fuck, but Oetsu is also a monster with mutilate. I'd say his best bet would be getting a better zanpakuto and running with Kirinji until he can replace him with someone better. He isnt a waste, you basically get him for free with the bonuses of shini agent. It's really win-win, i am still using Kirinji cause i cant get Shutara yet XD

That Kirinji was stacked as fk and the guy you fought*probably you* must have extremely low bp compared to you. Imo that really doesn't show who's better in team.

^ nope, their BP just lower than me ~ 600k (I'm 7m3 and they're 6m8) because Muken rose my BP a lot but my kisuke and my main still very suck
the main point is my Kirinji always go first their Oetsu, decrease the speed all their team then Muken will become faster than Oetsu, there isn't any chance for Oestu even if he's same lv 70 exclusive skill as my Kirinji

Thats all you showed, is his speed is more than oetsu. Most of the people here know that and that exclusive skill of his wouldn't decrease the speed of that oetsu enough for that muken to attack before oetsu, unless that muken's speed stat is somehow high enough to be close to his. Last thing can u show the stats between your kirinji, oetsu, and muken?
