Nothing, players with at least 9m BP are automatically added to the ranking, no picture etc... needed.

It takes too much time to level up a character to the level to unlock CSB or ToT. In ToT, the BP always changes and the players are easily missable. I thought of the BP ranking with reiatsu at the beginning too so it displays the truest BP, but... just no.
