I am new to this when do event rewards get sent to your mail?usually at 00:00 game time, sometimes as late as 2 to 3 hours later... depends on what rewards you are talking about honestly it was the one where you toped up then could exchange for items once you reached a certain threshold. i topped up to first place at 12200 gold. valahraun replied at 2017-12-20 01:57 static/image/common/back.gif

Ultimate Charge... I already got my rewards from that one... exactly at server reset... you didn't get the gold, the hogu, nothing? if you don't have it in an hour or so, I'd for sure contact support on it yea i did, hope they respond soon and fix this, and give compensation for mental distress!! yeah my bad. I misread it pretty awfully. But my point still stands, if you waited to the very last minute you won't get the credit for it. yea I understand, but my name was still in first place when they server reset.
