I am new to this when do event rewards get sent to your mail?

usually at 00:00 game time, sometimes as late as 2 to 3 hours later...  depends on what rewards you are talking about honestly

it was the one where you toped up then could exchange for items once you reached a certain threshold. i topped up to first place at 12200 gold.

Ultimate Charge...  I already got my rewards from that one...  exactly at server reset...   you didn't get the gold, the hogu, nothing?   if you don't have it in an hour or so, I'd for sure contact support on it

yea i did, hope they respond soon and fix this, and give compensation for mental distress!!

When did you top up for first? the top up deadline ends 30 min or 1 hour earlier than server reset so if you tried to wait for last minute you might have actually not gotten it

Who told you that lol, the top up deadline is 23:50-23:55, so 5-10 mins earlier than server reset

yeah my bad. I misread it pretty awfully. But my point still stands, if you waited to the very last minute you won't get the credit for it.
