Top up problem
I've topped up for 500$ and i didnt get my gold yet and the cash has been taked from my card.ive posted on bugs report 20mins ago and there was no answer or helpful comments.

you have to send email to support directly, since its topping up issues they may take 5 days to respond lol, they got in touch on 10th day after initial email and that was after when i filed for a rfund. i have the proves that i have topped up if you want to make sure. @hamadalmarri, do let us know if you got a r3fund or the equivalent gold after server reset. also what did the support reply back with if so?
