na it wasn't my fault to be honest.
when they had problems with that n most people didn't get their GG from topping up
they should have removed it or cancel it till they fix it or something.
i played the game and there was topping for GG so i had a go with it there was nothing
telling me theres a problem with it until i asked people in the game and they told me.
I played Ultimated Naruto and PockiePirates i topped up on these games and there was no problems
with it.
And now its been like 26 hours and i still didn't get my GG and there was no answer from them Admins.
to be honest they should be around if they have problems like that to sort people out.
support WONT answer you. infact they f***'d me of so bad with ignoring a request that didnt go through i claimed almost all funds back via my bank and visa protection (they screwed up when needed it at end of event and needed it to finish what doing). Been over 6weeks and they still not answered initial email.
step 1) if want the gold put an email to company paid through
step 2) if no response/want put claim to your card company for goods not recieved
this the only way to get issue resolved

i am a sucker n i admit it... even tho i know the game support suc... n the company doesnt
deserve my support as a paid customer... still i do feel like toppin or do top up a lil when i need too...
wat can i say... now i tryin my best to stop toppin... n alrd goin real slow on my game...
anyway just hangin in the game bcoz theres some nice ppl around n frenz...

yeah, since gogames support is always like that, it makes me too lazy to report any bugs,

wow thats so sad tbh. ive had no problems topping up so far but geez if this how they are handling bugs....
rather not top up till its fixed.... have you called your card company? they should help you out faster then gogames
